We want to make it as easy as possible to get your packages quickly and safely which is why we offer free shipping to the Greater Toronto Area for purchases over $500.

If your order is less than $500, there will be a flat fee of $50.00

Returns & Exchanges & Refunds

Returns:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchases, we will gladly refund your order. Simply email us at <<insert email address>> to organize a return or a replacement. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded; sales items will only be refunded based on the sale price not the full regular price.
